असहिष्णुता के सवाल पर पिछले दिनों खासी परेशान रही भारतीय जनता पार्टी इससे हुए ‘राजनीतिक नुकसान’ से भले ही अब ऊबर चुकी हो, मगर इसकी टीस बीजेपी नेताओं को अभी भी साल रही है। मकर संक्रांति के अवसर पर शिक्षक संगठन नेशनल डेमोक्रेटिक टीचर्स फ्रंट(एनडीटीएफ) के दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के एसजीटीबी खालसा कॉलेज के सभागार में आयोजित मकर संक्रांति वार्षिक मिलन कार्यक्रम में ‘परिवर्तन की ओर अग्रसर भारत’ विषय पर बतौर मुख्य वक्ता के रुप में बोलते हुए भारतीय जनता पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री राम माधव ने कहा कि यदि दुनिया में देश का सम्मान बढ़ेगा, तो प्रत्येक नागरिक सम्मानित अनुभव करेगा।
बीते दिनों असहिष्णुता के मसले पर अपनी पत्नी के भारत में रहने से डरने की बात को सार्वजनिक तौर व्यक्त करने वाले अभिनेता आमिर खान के दिए वक्तव्य पर उनका नाम लिए बिना श्री माधव ने इशारों-इशारों में कहा कि ऑटो वालों को तो देश का सम्मान समझाओ, मगर घर में अपनी पत्नी को नहीं समझाओ, ऐसे देश कैसे सम्मान पाएगा?
उल्लेखनीय है कि अभिनेता आमिर खान मनमोहन सिंह की यूपीए सरकार में विदेशी पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए अतुल्य भारत अभियान के ब्रांड एंबेसेडर रहे हैं। टीवी और अखबारों में आने वाले विज्ञापनों में वे ऑटो चालकों को देश की इज्जत की खातिर विदेशी पर्यटकों से अच्छा व्यवहार करने की अपील करते नजर आते हैं, जिससे दुनिया की नजरों में भारत और भारतीयों का सम्मान बढ़े।
हालांकि, आमिर अब ‘अतुल्य भारत’ के ब्रांड एंबेसेडर नहीं हैं।
श्री माधव ने भारत का दुनिया में मान-सम्मान बढ़ाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के वैश्विक प्रयासों की जमकर सराहना करते हुए कहा कि जब दुनिया में किसी देश का सम्मान बढ़ता है, तो उसके नागरिकों को स्वयं ही सम्मान मिलने लगता है। उन्होंने युवाओं का आह्रान करते हुए कहा कि हमारे देश की लगभग 60- 65 फीसदी आबादी युवा है। हमारे स्वप्न हैं भविष्य को लेकर। हमें भारत को ऐसा देश बनाना है, जिसके सामने पूरी दुनिया श्रद्धा से नत्मस्तक हो। श्री माधव ने कहा कि आज भारत में 30 करोड़ से अधिक आबादी अशिक्षित है। 65 प्रतिशत ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में शौचालय नहीं हैं। स्कूल छोड़ने वाले बच्चों की बड़ी संख्या है। चुनौतियां बहुत हैं मगर इन चुनौतियां को दूरगामी योजनाएं बनाकर दूर करने के लिए सरकार प्रतिबद्ध है। हमें सबका साथ चाहिए, जिससे सबका विकास हो सके।
इस कार्यक्रम में एनडीटीएफ के अध्यक्ष एके भागी, इंदर मोहन कपाही, वीएस नेगी सहित बड़ी संख्या में शिक्षकों, शोध छात्रों, कॉलेजों के प्राचार्यों ने अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज करवाई।
