इन दिनों त्वचा के रूखेपन से हर स्त्री परेशान रहती है। हालांकि, यदि घर में ही मौजूद कुछ छोटे—छोटे ब्यूटी टिप्स आजमाकर न केवल त्वचा के रूखेपन से आजादी मिल सकती है, बल्कि सर्दियों के मौसम के बाद वसंत और फिर गर्मियों के मौसम में भी आप दिख सकती हैं खिली—खिली सदाबहार!
शहद का लेप
शहद में प्रकृति ने सौंदर्य का खजाना भरा है। एक छोटी प्याली में शहद लेकर उसका चेहरे और गले पर अच्छी तरह लेप करें। जब पेस्ट पूरी तरह लग जाए, तो अंगुलियों से हल्के—हल्के उसकी मसाज शुरू करें। पेस्ट में कड़ापन आ जाए तो फिर इसे गुनगुने पानी से साफ करके उतार लें। इससे स्किन में कसावट तो आएगी ही, त्वचा के रूखेपन से भी इस मौसम में छुट्टी मिल जाएगी।
गुलाब जल बनाए चेहरा निर्मल
कुछ महिलाओं के चेहरे पर इस मौसम में लाल धब्बे भी हो जाते हैं। इसे दूर करने के लिए जरूरी है कि आप गुलाब जल से चेहरे को साफ करें। याद रखें कि गुलाब जल सीधे चेहरे पर अंगुलियों के सहारे न लगाएं, बल्कि स्प्रे करने वाली बॉटल या फिर टिश्यू पेपर से थपथपा कर लगाएं।
उबटन से खिल उठेगी स्किन
दो चम्मच सोयाबीन का आटा, एक चम्मच ताजा दही और शहद मिलाकर उसका पेस्ट बना लें। इसे अच्छी तरह फेंटें। फिर इसे नीचे से ऊपर और ऊपर से नीचे चेहरे पर लगाएं। 15 मिनट बाद चेहरा गुनगुने पानी से धो लें। इससे आपकी त्वचा में कसावट आ जाएगी और वह अधिक कांतिमय लगेगी। आप चाहें तो एक और टिप्स आजमा सकती हैं। गुलाब के फूल की कुछ पत्तियां, बादाम, चिरौंजी और पिसा हुआ जायफल दूध में डालकर रात को रख दें। सुबह नहाने से पहले इसे पीस कर उबटन बना लें। फिर इसे चेहरे पर लगाकर करीब 15 मिनट तक छोड़ दें। फिर हल्के गर्म पानी से चेहरा धो डालें। यकीन मानिए आपका चेहरा चांद की तरह खिल उठेगा।
नमी छोड़ने वाली क्रीम को ना कहें
इस मौसम में आपको शादी—ब्याह, पार्टी आदि में भी जाना पड़ता है। इसके लिए मेकअप जरूरी है। याद रखें कि मेकअप बेस तैयार करने के लिए अच्छी फेस क्रीम का इस्तेमाल अवश्य करें। इससे आपका मेकअपन लंबे समय तक टिका रहेगा। हालांकि, आपको ऐसी क्रीम से बचना होगा, जो नमी छोड़ने लगती हैं। इन दिनों पाऊडर लगाने से भी बचें, तो अच्छा रहेगा।
एक फल रोज खाएं, त्चचा कांतिमय बनाएं:
इन दिनों आपको बाजार में भरपूर मात्रा में अमरूद मिल जाएंगे। इसमें फाइबर की मात्रा अधिक होती है। इसके अलावा नींबू और संतरे का सेवन भी जरूर करें। याद रखें कि दिन में कम से कम एक मौसमी फल रोज खाना आपके स्वास्थ्य के लिए ही नहीं, आपकी त्वचा के लिए भी फायदेमंद है।
