नए साल के साथ नयी शुरूआत, नयी उम्मीदें, नए वायदे और जिन्दगी का एक नया सफर और इसी नए साल के पहले त्यौहार लोहड़ी की दस्तक! लेकिन क्या आज हमारे पास पर्व-त्यौहारों को मनाने का समय है या फिर वे महज औपचारिकता बनते जा रहे हैं, जायजा ले रही हैं रश्मित कौरः
सुन्दर सुन्दरी आए, तेरा कौन बेयारा दुल्हा भट्टी वाला… अब तो आप पक्का समझ गए होगें! जी हां साड्डी-तुहाड़ी लोहड़ी की मैं गल कर रही हूँ। लोहड़ी! यानि फूल टू मस्ती का टाइम, आधी रात भर जागना, भुने हुए मक्का, रेवड़ी मूंगफली के स्वाद के साथ अलग ही मजा आता है। कहीं गिद्दे तो कहीं गीत, तो कहीं साथ बैठकर हंसी ठट्ठे रिश्तेदारी, पड़ोसियो, फ्रेन्ड्स के साथ मिलकर लोहड़ी का मजा लेना। फुरसत के दो पल जब सब साथ बैठकर मजे करते थे। कितना मजा आता था पहले लोहड़ी के त्यौहार में। लपलपाती आग की गरम लपटें, मूंगफली, रेवड़ी, मक्का आज भी हैं मगर जोश कहीं गायब सा हो गया है। आज त्यौहार औपचारिका ज्यादा लगते हैं। या जमाना बदल गया है या हम! यही हाल मकर संक्रांति का भी है, सब कुछ बस इस तरह चलता है माना किसी तरह निबटा देना है।
क्यों हो रहा है ऐसा। गृहणी स्वर्ण कौर कहती हैं त्यौहारों के रंग फीके पड़ने का सबसे बड़ा कारण है मंहगाई। मंहगाई की मार झेल रहा आम आदमी अपनी निजी आवश्यकताओं को तो पूरा कर नहीं पाता तो वह त्यौहारों के मजे कहां से ले सकता है।
शायद यही वजह है कि त्यौहारों की रौनक बाजारों व घरों दोनों से गायब है। पहले के जमाने में मुट्ठी भर पैसा लेकर जाते थे, थैला भर कर सामान लाते थे अब थैला भर कर पैसा ले जाते हैं मुट्ठी भर सामान भी नहीं आता। हर चीज इतनी मंहगी होती जा रही है कि ऊंट के मुंह में जीरा वाली कहावत त्यौहारों में सच्ची सिद्ध होती है।
अगर देखा जाए तो दूसरा सबसे बड़ा कारण समय की कमी को भी पाया जा रहा है। गृहणी मनजीत कौर अपने पुराने दिनों को याद करते हुए कहती है। कि जब हम छोटे थे तो लोहड़ी से कम से कम 10 से 15 दिन पहले पंजाब में जश्न शुरू हो जाता था। हम घरों में टोलियां बनाकर लोहड़ी मांगने जाते। कोई पैसे, लकड़ी, उपले आदि देता तो कोई खाने का सामान। हमारे पास बड़ा भंडार इकट्ठा हो जाता था। पूरी रात मस्ती करना खाते—खाते मन नहीं भरता था। इस दिन का इंतजार हम खास तौर पर करते थे। कहीं ढ़ोल-नगारे, कहीं गिद्धे तो कहीं गीत, अब वो बात कहां!
रचना यादव कहती हैं कि गांवों में आज भी त्यौहारों में परंपरागत झलक मिलती है शहर में तो बस औपचारिकता ही रह गई है। जिसमें दिखावा ज्यादा है और मुझे ये बिल्कुल नहीं लगता कि आज लोग दिल से लोहड़ी मनाते है या एक-दूसरे के साथ अपनी खुशी को शेयर करते है। दरअसल, बदलते रिश्ते आज इन सब का सबसे बड़ा कारण है इस पर सृष्टि कहती हैं आज से 5-10 साल पहले हमारे घर लोहड़ी से 3-4 दिन पहले लोगों का आना जाना होता था बुआ, मौसी, दादी, नानी, चाची, ताई सभी हमारे यहां लोहड़ी देने आते थे और फिर उनके यहां जाते थे साथ ही बच्चों को खूब कमाई होती थी जिससे रिश्ते में प्यार बरकरार रहता था और बच्चों को अपने रिश्तेदारी के बारे में भी पता रहता था लेकिन आज उन्हें अपने परिवार के अलावा किसी का भी पता नहीं है चाचा-चाची, ताऊ-ताई, मौसा-मौसी सबकी जगह अंकल-आंटी जैसे संबोधनों ने ले ली है। रिश्ते या तो कहीं खो गए हैं या फिर इनके मायने बदल गए हैं।
वहीं विपिन को लगता है कि आज इंसान इतना ज्यादा बिजी रहने लगा है कि उसे खुद के लिए ही समय नहीं है तो त्यौहारों की तो बात ही छोडि़ए।
लेकिन यदि हम अरूण भारद्वाज की मानें तो उनका कहना है कि आज मौज-मस्ती का अंदाज बदल गया है लोग आज मस्ती को दूसरे नजरिए से देखने लगे है मुझे याद है कि पहले मेरे मोहल्ले में जगह-जगह लोहड़ी के दिन बोन फायर हुआ करते थे रातभर बैठकर मक्का खाना, नाच-गाना और सर्दी को बाय कहते हुए खुलकर बसंत का स्वागत करना। फिर सुबह के दिन हम पतंग उड़ाने जाते। फिर अगले दिन खिचड़ी होती थी। इस दिन खिचड़ी का लजीज मजा उठाते। माँ पूरे दिन दान में हीं लग जातीं लेकिन आज ये सब कहीं दिखाई नहीं दे रहा लोगों को एकांत पसंद है । शांति से चार लकडि़यां जलाकर खानापूर्ति मात्र कर लेते हैं और अपने मन को बहला लेते है । कि हमने त्यौहार मना लिया। सही मायने में लोग जिन्दगी को जीने का ढंग भूलते जा रहे हैं।
वास्तव में त्यौहारों की अहमियत, वो सुकून सब कुछ खोता जा रहा है। इसीलिए फीके होते जा रहे हैं त्यौहारों के रंग।
