मजदूर औरत ने सोचा ऐसा क्या कुछ नया होगा!
उसके पांच साल के बच्चे के कंधों पर उसके भाई
की जगह स्कूल का बस्ता होगा।
पर हमें पता है, ऐसा कुछ नहीं होगा!
उसके पेट में इस साल एक नया अंश होगा।
विडंबना है यह साल भी हर साल की तरह
एक सुंदर—स्वप्न होगा।
फिर देश की प्रगति के नाम पर वही छल होगा।
कुछ चेहरे बदलेंगे, कुछ नाम बदलेंगे,
परिवर्तन के नाम पर फिर वही छल होगा!
सरकारी बाबुओं के भत्ते में पांच प्रतिशत का इजाफा होगा।
कुछ उदास व मायूस चेहरों पर आशा का संचार होगा।
चारा, 2जी, वर्दियों, जमीन, तोप, कोयला घोटालों की मार झेल चुके
नागरिकों को इस साल कौन सा नया घोटाला मिलेगा,
उत्सुकता से इसका इंतजार भी होगा।
आधुनिकीकरण के नाम पर खेत सिमट जाएंगे,
बड़ी—बड़ी इमारतों का निर्माण होगा।
एैपल’ और आई—पैड’ के सपनों का विकास होगा।
कुछ बुद्धिजीवियों का टीवी पर तर्क वितर्कों का
सिलसिलेवार चित्रहार होगा।
इन पैंसठ सालों में क्या खोया, क्या पाया इसका सार होगा।
हाए रे नए साल(2016)तेरे आगमन से पहले
मध्यमवर्गीय परिवारों को मार्च का इंतजार होगा।
इस साल के बजट का रसोई के किस हिस्से पर वार होगा
ये हर गृहणी के डर का बड़ा आधार होगा।
मजदूर औरत की सोच में एक नया उल्लास होगा।
उसका बच्चा पहले बेलदार फिर ठेकेदार होगा।
उसकी आशा, विश्वास, प्रेरणा में नई कल्पनाओं का विस्तार होगा।
समय और गतिशील होगा।
उसके पैरों में पंखों की जगह जेट इंजन का इस्तेमाल होगा।
नकारात्मकता और सकारात्मकता का खेल यूं ही होगा।
यूं ही लुटेगी अस्मत, असहाय मासूमों व अबलाओं का बलात्कार होगा!
यूं ही होते—होते फिर अगले साल का इंतजार होगा।
निराशा अभिभूत तो करेगी मगर आशाओं में ही संभावनाओं का अपार भंडार होगा!
