दिल्ली में रेलवे द्वारा की गई झुग्गियों के तोड़फोड़ की कार्रवाई पर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने रेलवे को जोरदार फटकार लगाई है।सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में दिल्ली सरकार और रेलवे को आदेश दिया है कि दोनों मिलकर बेघर हुए लोगों के रहने का इंतजाम करें।गौरतलब है कि हाईकोर्ट ने ये फैसला दिल्ली कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष अजय माकन द्वारा दायर याचिका में सुनाया।हाईकोर्ट ने रेलवे के रवैये पर उसे जोरदार लताड़ लताड़ लगाते हुए कहा कि आखिर इस तरह की कार्रवाई की क्या जरूरत थी।अदालत ने ये भी कहा कि क्या इससे पहले झुग्गीवालों के रहने का इंतजाम किया गया। इतनी ठंड में बिना लोगों के रहने का इंतजाम किए उन्हें बेघर क्यों किया गया।
