2) कबाड़ हटाएं- वास्तु के नजरिये से घर में पड़ी ऐसी चीजें जिनका अब कोई इस्तेमाल नहीं बचा है, नकारात्मक ऊर्जा का स्रोत बन जाती हैं। इसलिए अपने घर से टूटा—फूटा और अनुपयोगी सामान निकाल दें। इससे घर में जगह भी खाली होगी और नकारात्मक ऊर्जा भी निकलेगी। घर के उत्तर—पूर्वी हिस्से की अच्छे से सफाई करें।
3) उत्तर—पूर्व में बढ़ाएं फ्लो- अगर आप चाहते हैं कि इस साल आपका करियर सही दिशा में आगे बढ़े तो घर के उत्तर—पूर्वी हिस्से में पॉजिटिव एनर्जी का फ्लो बढ़ाइये। घर के उत्तर—पूर्वी हिस्से में बहते पानी या झरने की तस्वीर लगाएं। इससे आपके करियर को सही गति मिलेगी।
4) घर में बहने दें सुरमधुर- स्वरों को सुनने से मन में माधुर्य का संचार होता है। परिवार में शांति और समृद्धि लाने के इच्छुक हैं तो मुख्य कमरे में विंड चाइम्स लगाइए। विंड चाइम्स लेते समय ध्यान रखें कि उसका स्वर मधुर हो, वरना प्रभाव उल्टा भी हो सकता है।

6) तेज रोशनी से बढ़ाएं यश – अपना यश और गौरव बढ़ाने के लिए घर के पश्चिमी हिस्से में तेज रोशनी देने वाले बल्ब इत्यादि लगाएं। घर के पश्चिमी भाग का इस्तेमाल अच्छे से किया जाना चाहिए।
7) घर के आखिर में हो बेडरूम – रिश्तों में गर्माहट लाने या बनाए रखने के लिए बेडरूम को पीछे के दाएं या बाएं हिस्से में रखें। बेडरूम की दिशा दक्षिण—पश्चिम हो तो श्रेष्ठ रहता है। बिस्तर कुछ इस तरह से लगाएं कि कमरे का दरवाजा ठीक उसके सामने हो।
